These terms cover your use of the Alwadi Coffee website and mobile app to browse our menu and order ahead for pickup. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or ordering features.

Ordering & pickup

Orders are for pickup only at our Plymouth location and are subject to availability and our acceptance. Menu items and prices reflect our live menu and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is confirmed from our current menu. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or the order can't be verified — and we'll make things right if that happens.

Payment & refunds

Where online payment is offered, it is processed securely by our payment provider (Clover); we never receive or store your card details. If an order can't be fulfilled, contact the shop and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. Because drinks and food are prepared fresh to order, we generally can't refund completed orders except where required by law or where we made a mistake.

Rewards

Rewards accrue in-store and are tied to the phone number you provide. The rewards program is offered at our discretion and its terms, earning rates, or availability may change or end at any time. Rewards have no cash value.

Food & allergens

Our drinks and food are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (including milk, nuts, and others), and cross-contact is possible. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please check with our staff before ordering — you are responsible for confirming an item is suitable for you.

Acceptable use

Please use the app and site only for their intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the service, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with other customers' use.

Content & ownership

The Alwadi Coffee name, logo, menu, photos, and other content are owned by Alwadi Coffeeand may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

The app and site are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alwadi Coffee is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; changes take effect when posted here with a new “last updated” date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
