This policy explains how Alwadi Coffee (“we,” “us”) handles your information when you use our website and our mobile app for ordering ahead and pickup. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to prepare your order, and we don't sell your information.

Information we collect

When you place a pickup order, we collect the name and phone number you enter, along with the items in your order and any pickup time or notes you add. Your phone number is also used to associate the order with your rewards at the shop. If you save your phone number in the app, it is stored on your device to pre-fill future orders.

If you create a rewards account in the app, we also store your email address, your name, a securely hashed password (we never store or can see the password itself), and your points balance and activity (points earned and rewards used on app orders). You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time using the contact details below.

How we use it

We use this information solely to receive, prepare, and hand off your order, to apply your in-store rewards, and to contact you about that order if needed. We do not use it for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell it.

What we don't collect

We do not collect or store your payment card details — online payments are processed by Clover on their own secure checkout, and card data never touches our app or servers. We do not collect your location, access your camera or contacts, or use advertising or analytics trackers.

Data stored on your device

The app keeps your saved phone number, your current cart, and your recent order history on your device (up to your last several orders) so you can reorder quickly. This data stays on your device — you can remove it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted services to run the shop: Clover processes our menu, orders, and payments; Resend delivers our password-reset emails; and Google provides the business reviews and map shown on our site. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Children

Our app and website are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
